Our fee is set before your campaign starts and doesn’t change. Some agencies bill per registrant or charge more when a campaign brings in a bigger audience than planned. We don’t. If your seminar draws more people, you don’t pay more.
An hour with you is one of the strongest reasons someone books a meeting. We promote your seminars and webinars to the right people, locally or across the country, so you can focus on the room. Retirement, tax, estate, charitable giving, wealth transfer, insurance and more, in person or online.
Few people choose an advisor from an ad alone. An hour with you, answering the questions they care about, is a far stronger reason to book a meeting.
Simple pricing, no surprises, and work we’re proud to put our name on.

You know your fee and your ad budget before anything runs, so planning a year of events is simple. No invoices that climb with every sign-up, and no surprises at the end of the month.

A practical look at how financial advisors fill seminars and webinars with the right people, and turn them into client relationships.
Choosing an advisor is a trust decision, and trust is hard to build through a screen. A seminar gives people an hour with you before they’ve committed to anything. They hear how you explain things, see how you handle questions, and get a sense of whether they’d be comfortable sitting across from you. No ad, website or brochure does that as well.
For the advisor, a seminar is also efficient. Instead of explaining the same retirement income or estate planning ideas one meeting at a time, you explain them once to a room of people who chose to be there. The follow-up conversations start further along.
In-person seminars, including the classic dinner seminar, tend to build trust fastest. People meet you, the setting feels personal, and attendees are more likely to book a meeting afterward. They take more planning: a venue, catering and a date that works locally.
Webinars and virtual workshops reach a wider area, cost less to host and are easier to run more often. They suit advisors who serve clients across a province or the whole country, professional niches spread over a large area, and audiences who prefer to attend from home. Because there’s no venue, webinar promotion doesn’t have to stay local. Many practices run both: in-person events locally and webinars for everyone else. We promote either.
The topic does more work than anything else in seminar marketing. A broad title like “Financial planning essentials” attracts nobody in particular. A specific one, like “Turning your savings into retirement income” or “Selling your business: what to do before, during and after,” tells the right people this is for them and politely tells everyone else it isn’t.
We promote events on just about any planning topic. A few examples: retirement income and government benefit timing (CPP, OAS, Social Security), tax planning for incorporated professionals, business succession, estate planning, intergenerational wealth transfer, charitable giving, insurance and living benefits, fee transparency, and planning after divorce or the loss of a spouse. Choose the one that matches the clients you want more of.
On Meta (Facebook and Instagram), financial services ads fall into a restricted category. You can’t target by age, gender or interests, and location targeting has a minimum radius. That means the ad itself has to find the right people. The headline, image and first line need to speak so clearly to one group that they recognize themselves, while everyone else scrolls past. “Retiring in the next five years?” does the job an age filter used to do.
Google Ads works differently: it reaches people searching for retirement or planning help. LinkedIn can target by job title, industry and seniority, which suits professional and business-owner topics and webinars with a national audience. We choose the mix based on your topic, format and audience. See Meta and Facebook ads for financial advisors for more on how restricted targeting works.
A registration form with a little friction filters out people who aren’t serious. Asking for a phone number and one short question, such as what they most want to understand about retirement income, gives you a better list and something to talk about when you follow up. It also tells you what to emphasize in the room.
The registration page should repeat the topic, date, time and location or link, and say who the session is for. The confirmation should arrive right away and make it easy to add the event to a calendar.
The seminar is the middle of the process, not the end. Every attendee should get a clear, low-pressure invitation to book a meeting, ideally before they leave or within a day. People who registered but didn’t attend should get a summary or recording with the same invitation. Reminder and follow-up emails are available as add-ons if you’d like us to handle them. And everyone should keep hearing from you afterward, which is where email marketing helps.
A single event fills a room once. A regular schedule does more. People who weren’t ready the first time get another reason to come. Each event builds familiarity, and past registrants hear about the next one first. Planning four events across the year also lets you match topics to the calendar: RRSP season, tax time, summer planning and year-end.
That’s why we offer a seminar package: book four seminars over the next 12 months and save 10%. It gives you a steady rhythm of events without having to start from scratch each time.
Seminar ads, registration pages and event materials should be educational: no performance claims, no product recommendations and no testimonials unless your dealer allows them. Explaining how CPP timing works is education. Telling a room what to buy is advice. Most dealers also want to review event materials ahead of time, so build that into the schedule. Pick a specific topic for the clients you want, build a simple registration page, and promote it through Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn and Google ads, your email list and your social channels. Keep in-person events local; webinars can reach further. On Meta, the ad’s wording does most of the targeting, because financial ads can’t be targeted by age or interests.
Our seminar and webinar promotion is $2,000 per event, plus an ad budget set with you based on your market and goals. Book four seminars over the next 12 months and save 10%: $7,200 instead of $8,000.
No. You pay one price per seminar, or one price for the 4-seminar package, plus the ad budget we agree on with you. If a campaign brings in more people than expected, your fee stays the same.
Yes. We promote in-person seminars, dinner seminars, webinars and virtual workshops. Webinars aren’t tied to a location, so they can reach people across your province or the whole country.
It depends on your market, topic and promotion, so we don’t promise numbers. One Peterborough campaign drew 19 registrations in under a week, and the advisor added a second date. Results vary.
Not directly. Financial services ads are in Meta’s restricted category, so age and interest targeting aren’t available. Instead we write ads that speak clearly to pre-retirees, so they recognize themselves and others scroll past.
Specific ones, on almost any planning subject: retirement income, government benefit timing, tax planning, selling a business, estate planning, wealth transfer, charitable giving, insurance, fee transparency and more. The best topic is the one that matches the clients you want more of.
We can. Reminder and follow-up emails aren’t part of the standard package, but they’re available as add-ons.
No. Seminars stand on their own. Paid ads are available if you’d like extra reach ahead of an event.
Yes. We can run campaigns in English, in French, or in both English and French, for advisors in Quebec, New Brunswick, Ottawa and other markets where clients speak French.
